DISNEY DINING PLANS
Theme Park excitement can really make you hungry! Fill up on a Disney Dining Plan that's a part of a Magic Your Way Package. It's a tasty way to save up to 40% per person on dining. Choose snacks and meals at selected restaurants throughout Walt Disney WorldŽ Resort including some that feature Disney Character Dining! Best of all, relax knowing many of the meals are paid for in advance. Gratuities not included except select experiences.
Reservations:
Package Guests are strongly encouraged to make Advance Dining Reservations since many restaurants are quite popular and book quickly. Please advise the reservation agent at time of booking when a reservation will have people (one or more) utilizing a dining plan to pay for the meal. A credit card guarantee may still be required at certain locations or on certain dates. Reservations must be cancelled in advance or a cancellation charge may be incurred (charge and cancellation policy varies by location).
Using Meals
Meals and snacks which are part of a package that includes dining, may be used in any order and in any amount throughout the package stay until the total inclusions have been depleted. For example:
One adult on a 5 night Magic Your Way Package plus Dining receives 5 Quick Service adult meals, 5 Full Service adult meals and 5 snacks. On day one, the Guest could choose to use 2 Quick Service meals plus 2 snack and on day two they could use 2 Full Service meals and no snacks. The choice is up to the Guest.
One adult and one child on a 7 night Magic Your Way Premium Package, receive 7 adult breakfasts, 7 child breakfasts, 7 adult lunches, 7 child lunches, 7 adult dinners and 7 child dinners. The Guests decide when they want to use these throughout the 8 day package.
Redeeming Meals
All dining package components are included in the Key to the World card (which also works as the Resort room key, Theme Park Ticket and for charging priviledges). To redeem a meal component:
Quick Service and Snacks:
Present the Key to the World card to the Cast Member at the location. They will swipe the card to remove the number of components being utilized.
Full Service:
Present the applicable number of Key to the World cards to the server immediately upon being seated, to ensure the meal ordered is covered as part of a dining plan. (If 3 Guests at a 5 person table are using their package meal option, 3 cards should be presented). This also alerts the server which members of the dining party are using their meal inclusion and which members will be paying for their meal. Servers can assist Guests in advising applicable dining inclusions during the meal.
Tracking Meals
Meal usage is tracked electronically to a package reservation. Each time a meal or snack is redeemed from a package, the server or cashier will provide a receipt showing the remaining balance of the dining options. For example:
Two adults on a 6 night Magic Your Way Package plus Dining start with 12 Quick Service Meals. If after the third day, 5 Quick Service meals are used, the receipt from the last location visited would indicate a balance of 7 Quick Service meals for the remainder of the package stay.
Guests can contact their Resort Hotel front desk at any time should they require assistance with the meal plan balance. All unused package components expire at midnight on the check-out date for the package reservation.
