Launched in 2005, Adventures by Disney provides guided family vacation experiences to destinations in Europe, the Americas, Asia and Australia. Clients receive the service Disney is known for, while taking part in extraordinary experiences from the wildlife of Yellowstone to the natural beauty of Costa Rica, the architecture of Prague to the archeology of Machu Picchu, the California Coast to the Amalfi Coast, and many more.

In 2008, Clients can stroll along the Great Wall, snorkel in the Great Barrier Reef, go rafting on Peru’s Urubamba River or take archery lessons in the “fairytale” land of northern Germany. Also among the impressive list of activities are a backstage Hollywood and Disneyland® Resort experience; a sojourn through the Golden State’s north country; and history-filled escapades to cultural centers of France and Spain.

Each journey is designed specifically for families. Younger guests become Junior Adventurers, who can cut loose at a pizza party or go on a mystery scavenger hunt at the Louvre while adults enjoy a formal wine-tasting or leisurely explore one of the world’s most famous art collections.

Adventures by Disney vacations include accommodations at family-friendly hotels and resorts in each destination, transportation once Clients have reached their destination, baggage handling, all scheduled meals, group activities, and gratuities for bellmen, housekeepers, drivers and dining staff.
